We’re as close to the ideal of a paperless office as we can get. How does that affect business? We think it makes it better!
Here are some of the things we do every day to keep couldbe studios eco-friendly:
- We send all our contracts and correspondence digitally, and encourage our clients to sign digitally as well
- Our clients always have the option of paying us online
- We use Dropbox and Google Docs to share files, both internally and with clients
- We manage projects using Basecamp and keep our address book up-to-date using Highrise
- When we do need to print things, we use recycled paper – and in the three years we’ve been in business, we’ve only gone through one ream!
